1. Glass cleaning

2, the choice of desiccant


There are three main functions of desiccant: adsorption of water sealed in the air; Adsorption of volatile organic solvents and adsorption of water vapor entering the air layer during the life of the insulating glass. The purpose is to maintain the insulating glass has a qualified initial dew point, therefore, the conditions for selecting the appropriate desiccant must simultaneously meet the three functions that the desiccant should have. 3, double insulating glass coating - film - glue

4. Assembly of insulating glass


When assembling insulating glass, if the insulating glass sealant is in contact with other sealing materials (especially the curtain wall weatherproof sealant), and these sealing materials contain plasticizing components that can dissolve butyl sealant, these plasticizing components will migrate to the surface of the insulating glass first sealant through the second seal of the insulating glass. Then dissolve the first sealant and produce thinning, flowing and other phenomena.
