Sample detection

Because the authoritative testing cycle of insulating glass is too long, it is recommended that customers need to do a simple trial before mass production, the details are as follows:
1, take 200×400mm single piece of glass ten pieces
2、Operate normally according to the operation process of Nuwanjia (or Jingcheng) sealing material.
3、The prepared hollow glass sample block is placed naturally for 48 hours.
4、Cold water soaking: Put 100% of the placed glass sample in a cold pool for a week.
5、Remove the glass sample after cold water immersion, place it at room temperature for 24 hours, and then boil it in natural water for 2 hours to detect whether there is a sealing failure.
