Treatment method:
A. If it is A new machine, it should first observe whether the rubber hole is smooth, if the rubber hole is rough, it should be polished first, and then try the machine;
B. If it is an old machine, because the temperature sensor of the domestic equipment is sometimes insensitive, the display temperature is not consistent with the actual temperature, so it should be raised on the basis of the display temperature, according to a gradient of every 5 degrees until the glue is normal (Note: the temperature of the glue head should be about 5 degrees higher than the temperature of the glue cylinder).
2, butyl rubber does not stick to aluminum strip and glass
Treatment: The usual reason is the use of low temperature, it is recommended to increase the temperature until appropriate.
3, the second seal is completed, after a period of time there is a butyl glue cold flow
Treatment: This situation generally occurs in the second seal using silicone glue. The unstable quality of silicone glue is easy to migrate silicone oil out, dissolve butyl glue, and cause butyl glue to flow. It is recommended to use silicone adhesive that meets the standard quality requirements.
4, the phenomenon of breaking glue and blocking during extrusion
Treatment method: This phenomenon is caused by butyl rubber does not meet the standard quality requirements and too many impurities. It is recommended to use qualified products that meet the requirements of the standard.
Second seal:
1, curing time is slow
Recommendation: The curing agent is a variable category, and the content of the curing agent should be appropriately increased until it is suitable.
2, winter mixing viscosity is large
Suggestions: Appropriately increase the construction temperature, in principle, the use of temperature is not less than 5 degrees above zero.
3, the second seal non-stick glass, low strength
Suggestion: If the second sealant used is A product that meets the requirements of the standard, there are two reasons for this :A, excessive curing agent, B, uneven mixing. "The right medicine" can be solved. If the product used does not meet the standard requirements, the appearance of non-stick glass and low strength is an inevitable phenomenon. Therefore, the use of substandard products should be strictly prohibited.
The problems and reasons of the finished insulating glass
1, the hollow glass inside the fog
Reason l: Due to the unstable quality of the second sealant, the content of low molecular matter is too high, and it migrates into the interior of the insulating glass under the ultraviolet irradiation of the sun, resulting in fog;
Cause 2: A seal is broken;
Reason 3: The four connecting parts are not treated with butyl glue;
Reason 4: The desiccant quality is poor, in the sunlight, the release of low molecular matter, resulting in fog.
2, hollow glass condensation
Reason l: The quality of molecular sieve is unstable, the adsorption capacity is low;
Cause 2: one, two seal failure;
Cause 3: The four connecting parts are not handled properly.
3, insulating glass self-explosion
If it is a large area of tempered glass self-explosion, it is a tempered glass quality problem. In addition, it is recommended to grind the edge of the glass as much as possible to eliminate stress and reduce glass cracking.
